What these numbers mean
The counted sample is the sum of Just Eat’s five rating buckets. Its published explanation describes a median score from the previous 12 months. The broader total includes ratings outside this sample; these aggregates do not tell us why each rating was excluded. Buckets group half-star ratings, so the 4–5 bucket percentage is not an exact count of individual four- and five-star reviews.
